Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Service Specialist - Dispatcher to join their client's team in California. This role is 100% onsite and involves coordinating and managing daily transportation operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing excellent service to both drivers and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers and customers, coordinating schedules and resolving service issues.
• Support dispatch activities by coordinating drivers, loads, schedules, and time-off requests.
• Monitor fleet utilization and track driver attendance, ensuring workforce coverage.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and track necessary documentation.
• Enter data accurately and resolve any operational problems that may arise.
• Collaborate with recruiting, payroll, and operations teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, applying experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, staffing, or operations coordination.

Requirements:

• High School diploma required.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, staffing, or operations coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Spanish is a plus.

Work Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-6:00 PM

Benefits:

Competitive pay ranging from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Additional Details:

This position involves 0% travel time.
